Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager
Responsible for driving the sales of ERP /HCM Solutions to meet or exceed the sales target
Identify business opportunities, formulate account development plans and sales strategies for
penetrating into the assigned market segments / customers
Gather and understand the client’s needs and work closely with our ERP/HCM consultants so as to ensure fulfilling client’s requirements
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting till deal closing
Build up good relationship with the clients
University graduate in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
3-7 years of sales experience in ERP/HCM solution selling experience to corporate accounts.
Domain Knowledge of key business processes in Real Estate, retail and manufacturing industry is an advantage.
Knowledge of common ERP/HCM packages such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is an absolute advantage.
Consultative selling skills with strategic mind-set.
Good communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
High proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
