Subcon Management

Sub-con Management including sub-contractors’ profiles are used to document their qualifications, past project experiences and performances, thus it would be easy to establish matching according to project requirements from WO and LOI etc. During a project process, subcontractors can log in to the platform as external personnel for submitting VO and Progress Claim. Summary reports are generated to indicate the overall claims and payment status. After the project is finished, all relevant documents will be archived in project folders for further review and auditing purposes.
