Yonyou Singapore Implementation Department Successfully Completes the YonBIP Intelligent Delivery Practical Training

To further strengthen the concept of intelligent delivery and enhance the team’s project management and execution capabilities, the Yonyou Singapore Implementation Department held an internal training session themed “YonBIP Intelligent Delivery Practical Workshop” on November 11. The session was conducted by Mr. Chi Pengwei, Finance Manager of the Group’s Financial Shared Service Delivery Expert Center. Members from both the mid-tier and high-end implementation teams actively participated, learning together about new methodologies in intelligent delivery.
The training focused on three key objectives: “Fast Go-Live, Quick Results, and Optimal Costs.” It provided an in-depth explanation of the logical framework and project implementation practices of the YonBIP Intelligent Delivery Methodology 2.0. Mr. Chi Pengwei illustrated, with practical case studies, how the concept of intelligent delivery can achieve highly efficient project execution.

To enhance engagement, the training adopted a “group interaction + task-based practice” format. Participants were randomly assigned into teams, created team names, and selected leaders, creating an energetic and dynamic atmosphere. From customer needs analysis to solution design optimization, team members engaged in active discussion and collaborative co-creation, fully demonstrating Yonyou’s spirit of professionalism, teamwork, openness, and continuous advancement.

The program included 15 key task-based practical exercises, integrating four components: expert instruction, case analysis, group discussions, and instructor feedback. Through hands-on practice, participants completed the full project lifecycle—from planning to go-live transition—effectively transforming theory into real execution capability.
Representatives from each group took turns presenting their project outcomes, sharing practical insights on task breakdown, risk management, and project execution.
