In August 2025, Yonyou Singapore joined the 2025 Global Business Innovation Conference – Thematic Session, themed “Make AI Accessible to Every Business.” Together with local and regional customers, the team witnessed the launch of Yonyou BIP 5 and explored the new momentum of AI-driven digital innovation.

Global Partners Unite to Embark on an Innovation Journey

Customers, partners, and colleagues from China, Southeast Asia, Mexico, Germany and the Middle East gathered for the Overseas Welcome Dinner! Guests from different countries joined the celebration, enjoying heartfelt speeches, insightful sharing, and innovative product showcases. Going Global Insights: A Singapore Perspective

At the event, Yonyou announced a milestone upgrade of its next-generation enterprise software and intelligent service platform — the launch of Yonyou BIP 5. Centered on the native integration of “AI × Data × Process,” it transforms enterprise software from a traditional “tool system” into an “intelligent business partner.” Leveraging Yonyou BIP’s enterprise AI, enterprise data cloud, process services, and digital intelligence foundation, it helps companies reshape business and management processes, unlock data value, and deploy AI applications seamlessly.

Representatives from numerous customers and partners, including China Merchants Group, Ansteel Group, China XD Group, COFCO Agricultural Products Group, Towngas, Wanhua Chemical, Ligao Foods, Baigong Steel, Mixue Ice Cream, Lenovo Group, and Four-Dimensional Panorama, joined to witness the BIP upgrade. Through best practice sharing and joint ecosystem launches, they collaborated with Yonyou to create new “intelligent productivity” for enterprises.

Moment of Honor

During the presentation of the “Excellence in Digital Globalization – Enterprise Award” and “Excellence in Digital Globalization – Partner Award,” Yonyou witnessed the outstanding practices of leading enterprises and partners, including Feihe, J&T Express, Wanhua BASF, Hong Kong Broadband, Weichai Singapore and Apexa. Singaporean customer representatives also experienced firsthand the new quality of productivity that digital empowerment brings to enterprises going global.

The “Borderless Growth · Global Collaboration” Forum focused on the globalization upgrade of Chinese enterprises, highlighting the shift from “going out” for market expansion to “going in” with deep localization, cultural integration, and regulatory compliance. Participants shared experiences and strategies, exploring ways for enterprises to achieve long-term, sustainable growth in global markets.

Visiting Benchmark Enterprises

Yonyou Singapore led customers on visits to industry benchmark companies Huawei and Tencent, providing on-site insights into cutting-edge technologies and digital practices. Through exchanges and sharing, customers gained inspiration from innovative experiences to drive their own digital transformation and upgrade initiatives.

A Unique Journey: Exploring Chaozhou Cultural Roots

The Yonyou Singapore team specially led customers on a trip to Chaozhou — an important origin of traditional Chinese culture for the Singaporean Chinese community.

During this “Cultural Roots Journey,” customers not only gained an in-depth understanding of Chaozhou’s cultural history and heritage value but also experienced the spirit of “rooted locally, connected globally,” resonating deeply with Yonyou’s globalization strategy of “going out · going in.”
