On November 6, Yonyou Singapore held its annual event — the2025 Yonyou Customer Connect— at the Suntec Convention & Exhibition Centre. With the theme “AI Empowers the Future, Building a Win-Win Partner Ecosystem,”the event gathered local customers and partners to explore new opportunities in the era of intelligent and digital transformation, while emphasizing the importance of co-building a partner ecosystem. Through open collaboration, shared capabilities, and co-created industry scenarios, Yonyou aims to drive regional digital innovation and sustainable growth.
Attending the event were Mr. Jason Shen, Senior Vice President of Yonyou Network and President of Overseas Business; Dr. Bowen Guo, Vice President of Yonyou Network and General Manager of the Overseas Region; and Mr. Lewis Lu, Product Director of Yonyou Network. Mr. Shen shared that Yonyou Group is accelerating its Globalization 2.0 strategy, building R&D systems and regional headquarters across the Asia-Pacific region to strengthen technological and resource support for Singapore. Opening Address: Yonyou Globalization 2.0 — A New Journey for Enterprises Going Global Together
Mr. Howard Chen, Managing Director of Yonyou South APAC, delivered a welcome speech, noting that Southeast Asia serves as a key gateway for Yonyou’s Globalization 2.0 strategy. He emphasized that enterprise digital intelligence has entered a new stage driven by AI, and Yonyou will adopt a dual-engine strategy of AI + SaaS, leveraging the YonBIP Enterprise Innovation Platform and the YonGPT enterprise large model to help businesses transform from traditional informatization to intelligent, platform-based, and collaborative operations.
He added that Yonyou will continue to enhance local service capabilities and deepen collaboration with ecosystem partners — across channels, alliances, and products — to jointly build a sustainable, win-win digital intelligence ecosystem. Looking ahead, Yonyou Singapore will empower regional enterprises to achieve higher-quality intelligent transformation and growth in key business areas such as finance, supply chain, human resources, and manufacturing.

At the event, Ms. Zhang Xinxin, Sales Director of Yonyou South APAC Region, delivered a presentation on YonBIP V5, introducing its core enhancements as the foundation for enterprise digital intelligence.
Built on iUAP, YonBIP V5 establishes six key capability centers — Cloud Technology, Development, Application, Data, Intelligence, and Integration — enabling a native fusion of AI × Data × Process. Powered by the YonGPT enterprise large model, it delivers stronger language model capabilities, over a hundred intelligent scenarios and digital employees, and end-to-end intelligent business process optimization.

Mr. Lewis Lu, Product Director at Yonyou Network Technology , shared insights on how to make AI truly effective in enterprises.
