Need for Unified Management and Document Control
As operations expanded, the organization identified the need for a unified system to enhance management control. Previously, over 7,000 documents were processed manually each month per clinic using disparate systems, resulting in heavy workloads, data silos, and delays in accurate reporting.
The Solution
Integrated System and Cross-Country Financial Standardization
A unified solution was implemented to integrate multiple business documents from the HIS system. The project standardized the chart of accounts across more than 20 clinics under the group and established unified financial processing rules, which were successfully embedded into the information system. This enabled consistent financial operations and reporting across all clinics.
