As operations expanded, the organization identified the need for a unified system to enhance management control. Previously, over 7,000 documents were processed manually each month per clinic using disparate systems, resulting in heavy workloads, data silos, and delays in accurate reporting.
The Solution
Integrated System and Cross-Country Financial Standardization
A unified solution was implemented to integrate basic files and front-end systems (AR, AP, inventory) via APIs and SFTP. Multiple business systems were connected to enhance data accuracy and timeliness. A role-based group control system and unified consolidation standard were established to support cross-country financial reporting, ensuring proper reconciliation of key financial statements post-translation.
