本课程还将介绍安全登录保障功能,该功能通过电子邮件双重身份验证用于系统登录和邮件发送。此安全措施有助于防止账户被盗,确保信息安全,从而提升系统的整体可靠性。

Session 3: Application of the Subcontract and Procurement Management

Payment Approval and Reconciliation Management:
Demonstration of planning subcontract and procurement payments, configuring approval workflows, and performing supplier reconciliations to ensure payment accuracy and financial compliance.

Inventory Management and Real-Time Monitoring:
Showcase the full process from goods receipt to stock-in and stock-out tracking, ensuring real-time inventory data accuracy and improving material management.

Data Analysis and Report Generation:
Demonstration of how to generate statistical reports related to subcontracting and procurement using the system to improve data transparency and support project and financial decision-making.

Session 5: UI/UX Optimization Configuration

Additional topics include menu icons and application binding, allowing users to personalize menu categories and icons, as well as login page and theme customization, which enables branding adjustments such as company logos, color schemes, and interface styles. The session will also guide participants through dashboard design, configuring quick-access modules, and optimizing the dashboard layout for efficiency. Furthermore, portal design will be explored, focusing on layout customization, module selection, and dynamic content display settings.

An additional feature covered in this session is Professional Report Printing, which integrates Crystal Reports, a business intelligence tool within the low-code collaborative application system. Session 6: Practical Application of the Onsite & Asset/Inventory Module (PC & Mobile Apps)

Introduction:
The Onsite management module enables efficient digital control of construction sites through seamless collaboration between desktop and mobile platforms. Combined with the asset and inventory management features, the low-code collaborative application system streamlines equipment tracking, real-time data synchronization, remote approvals, and issue resolution—enhancing operational transparency, safety, and resource efficiency on construction projects.

Training Objectives:
Equip participants to operate the Onsite module through both desktop and mobile devices, while mastering full-cycle asset tracking and inventory management. The session aims to build capabilities in data synchronization, task approval, problem resolution, and real-time inventory control—laying the foundation for digital site supervision and resource optimization.
