挑战

Fragmented Systems

Subsidiaries used different platforms (Navision, Accurate, and local software), limiting efficiency and hindering the group’s digital transformation.

Inconsistent Accounting Standards

Variations in accounting subjects and auxiliary files across subsidiaries resulted in a lack of unified rules and standards, reducing comparability of financial data.

Low Reporting Efficiency

Consolidated reporting through HFM relied heavily on manual operations, making the process time-consuming, costly, and prone to inaccuracies.

Insufficient System Integration

Expense, trade, and finance systems operated in silos, preventing automated data flow and causing repeated manual work and productivity losses.

解决方案

Comprehensive Financial and Business Integration

Yonyou partnered with Weichai to implement a unified information and financial management platform across its Southeast Asia subsidiaries. The new architecture increased transparency, standardized processes, and supported centralized control at both the group and business levels.

Unified Accounting Standards and Processes

Yonyou helped Weichai establish a global accounting framework, ensuring consistency in subjects, auxiliary files, and financial rules across all entities. This unified approach enabled standardized financial accounting and improved compliance with group requirements.

Automated Financial Consolidation and Reporting

To address inefficiencies, Yonyou implemented automated financial consolidation and reporting, replacing manual HFM processes. This reduced reporting costs, improved accuracy, and provided management with timely, reliable data to support strategic decision-making.

Seamless System Integration

Yonyou integrated expense reporting, foreign trade, and financial systems, enabling smooth data flows across subsidiaries. This eliminated data silos, reduced manual duplication, and improved overall operational efficiency.
