Cloud Migration and Low-Code Customization for Construction Management
To overcome the limitations of the legacy NC57 system, CNQC (SP) upgraded to the YonBIP Cloud version, aligning with headquarters’ cloud strategy. A low-code platform was used to build customized modules such as “CNQC Contracts,” “Subcon Backcharge,” and “CNQC Invoicing,” streamlining project management processes. Additionally, a tailored workers’ salary calculation module was developed to meet industry-specific needs. Role-based workbenches were also introduced, featuring message centers, navigation tools, application shortcuts, and key reports to enhance user experience and workflow efficiency.
