Marketing Associate

Job Description

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for both direct and indirect sales team.

Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in Sales support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales & Channels, and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables.

Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Actively work with cross LOB stakeholders including corporate marketing, sales, channels, and country marketing teams to develop marketing campaigns that will achieve short term and long term business objectives of yonyou aligned
  • Liaise with senior sales management across ASEAN to ensure that marketing activities are in support of Applications’ LOB sales plans and business objectives (strategic and tactical).
  • Be an active member of the global Marketing team to ensure consistency of marketing campaigns and messages as well as global directions and regional implementation choices
  • Disseminate key corporate marketing information to the country marketing campaigns and activities
  • Actively develop new approaches and opportunities for improving efficiencies and productivity
  • Proactively drive an increase in ROI from marketing activities through a focus on measurements tracking and closed-loop marketing campaign execution
  • Proactively identify market trends and needs as well as creating opportunities for market leadership by yonyou.
  • Proactively review pipeline potential across the region and work with key stakeholders to identify programs to further assist pipeline generation

Relevant Experience and Training

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Business Studies/Administration/Management or Equivalent, marketing and communication major will be preferred.
  • A basic understanding the utilization and optimization of digital marketing, including google, facebook and etc.
  • At least 2-3 years of experiences in Marketing. An experience in relevant industry will be a plus.
  • A thorough understanding of the IT Software and Solutions Industry and key industry issues.
  • Excellent command of the both Mandarin and English language (verbal, written and read) is required.
  • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other content platforms is a must, experience in Adobe AI,PS, & InDesign is a plus.
  •  Self-starter with high energy level.

Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for driving the sales of ERP /HCM Solutions to meet or exceed the sales target
  • Identify business opportunities, formulate account development plans and sales strategies for

Job Requirements:

  • 3-7 years of sales experience in ERP/HCM solution selling experience to corporate accounts.
  • Domain Knowledge of key business processes in Real Estate, retail and manufacturing industry is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of common ERP/HCM packages such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics is an absolute advantage.
  • Consultative selling skills with strategic mind-set.
  • Good communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
  • High proficiency in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
